• Shipping:

It's simple. All SWC products are shipped within 1 business day! You will be emailed tracking information as soon as the package leaves our facility. Note, tracking typically takes 1-2 business days to update. We appreciate your patience!

 

• Returns:

Sundays Watch Club offers a standard 30 day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped. Damaged items cannot be refunded. If a portion of the item is damaged (i.e. the box), this will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

 

If you would like to return an item, first notify us by emailing hello@sundayswatchclub.com. Send over your order number along with the reason for the return. All returns must be shipped to the address listed below at customers expense. We would recommend opting in for insurance when shipping a package as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Refunds are processed in 1-3 business days. 

 

If by rare chance you were shipped an incorrect model, just let us know and we will ship the correct model right away!
